About me
Music has always surrounded me since the moment I was born. Coming from an all singing, and all musical, family playing multiple instruments it’s no wonder it became my biggest passion and my full time career!
From playing piano since I was 6 years old and singing since I can remember, I started my solo singing career at 15 years old performing at my first ever live gig. Then when I was 21 (so not that long ago 😉) I graduated with a 1st class BA honours in Music performance and acting for film and have a distinction diploma in singing. I now have the pleasure of singing as a soloist or in various professional bands all over the UK and EU! I’ve been a co-writer on a song for an advert for the commonwealth games and have also toured and performed at multiple music festivals in front of thousands of people.
Influences
I have a lot of different influences ranging from Whitney Houston, Bruno Mars and Aretha Franklin for the soul/vibes and of course Kelly Clarkson for the power house tunes!
Favourite song in the set
It has to be “Somebody Else’s Guy” by Jocelyn Brown. It’s a power house and a vibe all in one and always gets you groovin!
Music guilty pleasure
80s disco… I literally cant help it, I have to dance to it…
When I was young I wanted to be
A singer… (still want to be haha)
Pineapple on pizza?
Yes! As long as it’s not shellfish I’m happy #allergic 💁🏼♀️

Guitar and backing vocals
About me
Music is a tool I’ve used for education, therapy, community and friendship for the majority of my life, I have a degree in music technology and an A level in music. Having played guitar for over 20 years now, I’ve been fortunate enough to play everything from tiny, empty dive bars to sold out open air festivals and touring the UK & EU. Nothing beats playing tunes with a bunch of friends in front of a crowd having the best time, that crowd could be you!
Influences
I grew up in rock and metal but as I’ve grown older my tastes have diversified and become more eclectic. I listen to everything from classical, jazz, funk, blues, pop, rock, punk & metal and playing with full frequency has opened my eyes to other genres and artists I may have otherwise left unlistened.
Favourite song in the set
Go your own way - Fleetwood Mac - that guitar solo rips!!
Music guilty pleasure
Powerhouse female vocalists like Celine, Cher, Sia, Miley (& of course Louise Connolly!)
When I was young I wanted to be
A rockstar, nothing has changed.
Pineapple on pizza?
No! Pizza on pineapple.

Paul
Guitar and backing vocals
About me
I have been playing the guitar since the age of 10 years old. I studied both classical and electric guitar for a few years before finding my true passion for live performance whilst still at primary school.
I’ve lost count of how many bands I’ve been in over the years! Both original and cover bands have been a constant in my life for a very long time. I can honestly say my fellow musicians in Full Frequency are some of the best I’ve worked with though!
Influences
My influences stem mainly from the 80s/90s rock scene. What I’m most inspired by is unique tones and sounds that guitar players can bring to the live concert environment
Favourite song in the set
Quite a simple one, but has to be Livin on a Prayer! Particularly fun to hear everyone give the last chorus a go to sing even though it’s notoriously difficult.
Music guilty pleasure
Completely confidential….Need to keep some things buried!
When I was young I wanted to be
An astronaut. I'd still like to be one now!
Pineapple on pizza?
No chance.
I make my own pizza and pineapple is banned from that process in my house.

Tom
Bass guitar
About me
Having first picked up the bass at the age of 12 before joining my first band shortly after at the age of 13, I made the decision to pursue music full time when I was 17, enrolling at the ICMP to study on their higher diploma course. Following the completion of this, I continued to study at ICMP, enrolling on their degree course for music performance.
I’ve appeared on the Sky One series ‘Guitar Star’ on multiple occasions, performing as a backing musician for Tony Iommi (guitarist from Black Sabbath), performed product demos for Orange Amplifiers & performed at multiple festivals throughout the country in both original bands & cover bands.
Influences
James Jamerson, Pino Palladino & Tim Commerford! All three for me showcase the bass in their own unique way & have different approaches, which have all impacted how I play.
Favourite song in the set
Dua Lipa - Levitating
Music guilty pleasure
90’s pop / boy bands. N’Sync & Backstreet Boys basically!
When I was young I wanted to be
A marine biologist
Pineapple on pizza?
No way; my Italian family would kill me if I said yes!

Matt
Drums and backing vocals
About me
I picked up my first pair of drum sticks in 2003, and started playing in my first band a year later. I quickly decided that I wanted to make a career of drumming, and went on to study music at college and university.
I began a career in drum tuition in 2010, and since 2017 I have been working as a session musician, playing shows and festivals such as BST in Hyde Park. In 2016 I won “Best Drummer” in Meet and Jam’s national competition “Road to the 100 Club”.
Influences
Mainly Rock and Pop-punk in my early years of drumming, but was always around a lot of Dance, R&B, and Soul music. As I've grown older, I've started to use all different styles in my playing.
Favourite song in the set
Mercy - The Third Degree
Music guilty pleasure
Whitney Houston - I Wanna Dance With Somebody. Lot's of fun to play, and lots of chances to be creative!
When I was young I wanted to be
Footballer or Policeman
Pineapple on pizza?
Pizza is the greatest invention in the history of mankind. Everything goes on it. Everything.
