About me
Music has always been my biggest passion which I found at a young age. It started with the dulcet tones of my trumpet playing at 6 years old, but I really found my love for music when I first picked up a guitar at 10 years old. I first performed live in a band at 13, and went on to study GCSE and A Level music and, throughout this time, also taught guitar.
I have now been playing guitar and singing in various professional bands and tribute acts for almost two decades and have recorded music for a successful Modern Nursery Rhyme Collection, as well as for Cliff Richard ahead of the last tour he and The Shadows did. I have also played at some of the UK's best rock festivals and toured the UK extensively with my previous originals band. Before that, I also toured the UK playing guitar for a popular tribute band.

Influences
A lot! My influences range from Jimi Hendrix to Nirvana to more modern rock, and all in between - including heavy doses of blues, soul and heavy metal!

About me
Having first picked up the bass at the age of 12 before joining my first band shortly after at the age of 13, I made the decision to pursue music full time when I was 17, enrolling at the ICMP to study on their higher diploma course. Following the completion of this, I continued to study at ICMP, enrolling on their degree course for music performance.
I’ve appeared on the Sky One series ‘Guitar Star’ on multiple occasions, performing as a backing musician for Tony Iommi (guitarist from Black Sabbath), performed product demos for Orange Amplifiers & performed at multiple festivals throughout the country in both original bands & cover bands.

Influences
James Jamerson, Pino Palladino & Tim Commerford! All three for me showcase the bass in their own unique way & have different approaches, which have all impacted how I play.

I picked up my first pair of drum sticks in 2003, and started playing in my first band a year later. I quickly decided that I wanted to make a career of drumming, and went on to study music at college and university.
I began a career in drum tuition in 2010, and since 2017 I have been working as a session musician, playing shows and festivals such as BST in Hyde Park. In 2016 I won “Best Drummer” in Meet and Jam’s national competition “Road to the 100 Club”.
